Refund policy
Your business with Jenn’s Earth Jewelry is greatly appreciated and your experience is equally valued. Within 30 days of delivery date, if you find your jewelry piece to be defective and wish it to be repaired or returned, just send Jenn a message at Jewelry@JennsEarth.com with "Return" and your order number in the Subject line, and please include a reason for the return, the order number, and your full name in the email. There is no restocking fee for defective items returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original protective packaging. You’ll also need to enclose the receipt or bill of lading with the item being returned. Undefective jewelry items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
To start a return, please contact Jenn at Jewelry@JennsEarth.com with "Return" and your order number in the Subject line, and please include a reason for the return, your order number, and your full name in the email. You will be emailed a return shipping label at no cost to you, as well as instructions on how and where to mail your package. Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be refunded or repaired.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact Jenn immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that she can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once your returned item has been received and inspected and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval of your return, please contact us at Jewelry@JennsEarth.com.
